Janette Newbould is a Tudor history fan and originally wrote to me about her Year 3 Tudor project. Talks ranged from dinosaurs’ teeth to Tudor dentists and lots more in between.
Here’s what she said: ‘On World Book Day, Heath Primary School celebrated in many different ways We decorated as book characters, dressed up as our favourite characters and were inspired to write by Karen Wallace who came and talked to us. She spoke to all children in Years 1-6 about her books and writing. Many children went home and wrote that evening, excited to have met a ‘real’ author!’
